As a Spiritual Doula I will be your spiritual healing guide, working with creative activities and rituals. During this one-on-one consultation you will engage in a variety of practices to discover and develop your creative path to heal, open opportunities and to grow into your happiest, most fulfilled self. During this experience I will use my gifts as an Empath Healer to accompany you emotionally and create a relationship that will lead to healing and spiritual growth. When spending time together we will engage in conversation during artistic-creative activities, take part in emotional releasing rituals, celebration ceremonies, guided meditations and expressive-somatic dance-movement sessions.

Reiki is an ancestral spiritual and energetic healing practice. In a Reiki session your body will begin to heal physical, emotional and spiritual disorders to create wellbeing in your life. This healing is extremely effective to relieve anxiety, depression and physical pain, boost the immunological defense mechanism, break addictions, heal grief and to foster bliss, creativity and feelings of self-love. Reiki is the frequency of life that fills our body and soul with joy, divine gifts and health. Using this frequency will spiritually uplift all areas of your life.

Join the conscious movement sessions to heal trauma locked in the body, shift consciousness and create opportunities with active movement-meditation and movement-magic. Request a one-on-one session specially crafted to achieve your goals or join one of the group sessions.

Through creative rituals and ceremonies it is possible to flow through life with meaning and without fear. When we create space for celebration or ritual mourning we can honor our humanity, ourselves and our emotions and create the opportunity to open or close chapters in our lives.
Work one-on-one with me to create a celebration ritual of love and have it hosted by Casa BLOOM or a space of your choice. In ritual you can also close a cycle, a relationship, a time of mourning. As a Spiritual Doula who focuses on creativity as a way to spiritual health, I will guide you and together create a ritual experience that will help you bloom back into life.
